Current Beauty Obsessions: All Rose-Infused
Friday, March 27, 2020Each month I try out new products that have either been gifted to me by PR, or that I've gone out and bought myself. At the end of each month, I usually pick out the ones that I find myself reaching for the most to share with you.
I used to do this all the time but for some reason, I've stopped doing this lately. Well, I'm bringing it back because it's an easy way to share with you, all of the products that I've been using daily and loving.
Here's a nice little round up of this month's beauty obsessions that just so happen to be all rose inspired!
*Disclaimer: Some of these products have been sent to me for review/gifted to me so kindly by PR. However, this does not influence my choice of mentioning them in this post. While there are affiliate links mentioned, this is not an ad post or sponsored in anyway.
Fresh Beauty Rose Face Mask
It's a lovely smelling dream that leaves your skin totally hydrated.
This hydrating mask has a silky gel like consistency and is infused with real rose petals, which are meant to gently soothe and tone your skin with a plumping effect. Perfect for those with normal/dry skin, but it is suitable for all skin types. It also restores radiance and suppleness in your skin. Some highlighted ingredients that I love: Pure Rosewater (soothes and tones); Cucumber Extract and Aloe Vera Gel (immediate cooling and calming effect). Free of sulfates, parabens, and phthalates.
Summer Fridays R + R Mask
Romancing a brighter glow.
Another hydrating mask that has the prettiest consistency and texture. Perfect for those with normal/dry skin, but it is suitable for all skin types. I love the wonders it's doing for my rather dry and dull complexion. It lightly buffs the skin, leaving it brighter and then it hydrates and restores it with natural oils. My skin has been feeling silky soft and glowing thanks to its dreamy ingredients.
Some highlighted ingredients that I love: - Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C): Provides antioxidant benefits, skin brightening properties, and supports natural collagen synthesis; Argan, Safflower, Sesame, Avocado, Grape Seed Oils: Provides fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants while soothing irritation. Rose Flower Powder: Polishes.
This is a vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free product that comes in recyclable packaging!
OUAI Rose Hair & Body Oil
So luxurious, your hair and body will thank you.
Hydrates your body while locking in moisture in your hair. This multitasking, fast-absorbing oil is good for every hair texture--I use it on my natural hair texture (4b) and my virgin hair wigs, and it's color safe! It's silicone-free and packed with nutrient-rich oils from all over, leaving your hair and skin illuminating as it restores moisture and diminishes the appearance of damage.
I love using this oil all year round, but as spring approaches, I seem to reach for it more because of its rose fragrance. (Melrose Place is the name of the fragrance used in this oil—a velvety rich rose fragrance with hints of bergamot, lychee, cedar wood, and white musk.)
Some highlighted ingredients that I love: - Rose Hip Oil: Reduces the appearance of scars and redness. Absinthium Oil: Re-hydrates dry skin and hair. Shea Oil: Moisturizes dry, dull skin and hair.
Formulated without parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. It's also cruelty free.
Pixi Beauty Rose Ceramide Cream
So luxurious, your hair and body will thank you.
An ultra rich, long lasting, fast-absorbing moisturizer infused with Ceramides and rose oil to deeply hydrate your skin for a healthier, more supple appearance and feel. I'd recommend this for Normal/Dry skin types, but it's suitable for all skin types. I love the formula of this moisturizer. I genuinely see an improvement in my skin's appearance and elasticity. Packed with powerful antioxidants, this is a moisturizer you need to try especially at the price point!
Some highlighted ingredients that I love: - Rose Flower Oil nourishes and restores. Ceramide provides time-release moisture throughout the day. Probiotics protect and balance against free radicals and environmental aggressors.
Formulated without parabens. It's also cruelty free.
I hope you all liked this month's beauty obsessions. Let me know your thoughts and if you've tried any of these before! X
